We don’t make fast food, we make fresh food as fast as we can
Our Courtyard and Playbarn Cafes provide an appetizing selection of meals and refreshments throughout the year, with its evolving menu reflecting the seasons. Plus during summer our Outside Seating area is a great place to enjoy our food, treat, ice cream or just a relaxing drink whilst enjoying the sunshine.
We are delighted to hold the Taste Lancashire Quality Assured badge (last visit 15/12/2015). We are very proud to use local suppliers, including Hamlets Butchers (Garstang), Berry Lane Bakery (Longridge), Thomas Moss (Longridge) plus many more. We even use our very own Organic Milk in our cooking and in all our drinks.

Coolcow Ice Cream
Angela and her Coolcow team use the Old Holly cows milk to make the delicious award winning ice cream available in our farm shop. There’s 22 flavours to choose from, and we also have 1 litre tubs to take away so you can enjoy Coolcow at home.
CoolCow ice cream is also available for wholesale, for enquires or more details please contact Angela on [email protected]
Our Shop is the welcome to our farm, and the team will be there to help you find your way around our farm. The farm shop not only sells Coolcow ice cream, but we also sell the chutneys and preserves that we make on site in our kitchen, the eggs from our free range chickens, and the milk from our cows. As well as lots of other local preserves, biscuits and treats ready for you to take home and enjoy. Plus we have a great selection of kids toys and gifts, perfect for any occasion.
We are also very proud to sell farm fresh Turkeys at Christmas, which are reared locally by the Tomlinsons family farm at Salwick. These turkeys are reared naturally to 22 weeks, compared to the supermarkets 14 weeks, and trust us, taste delicious. Turkeys are available to order from November. Please give us a call or pop in for more details.
